Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

i am trying to find a website or department i can contact to find out if the medical clinic i work at is running illegally but can find any resources .. I plan on reporting the company if they are, but is any website i can just ask and explain what is going on. i tryed the medical board of CA website but couldnt find any links . please any advice.

The medical board of the state of california website has a complaint form. You can use their complaint form. The medical board would be the entity to investigate the clinic.
