No chiropractor or other health care provider has license to do what you describe. This is a battery and is actionable. These are very personal cases, however, and whether you want to pursue litigation will depend on the detailed circumstances of the unwanted intrusion and its effect on you. If you have proof to justify doing so, other than your word vs his, you'd file the legal action in court like any other lawsuit.
