Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

Knee Surgery Problems

I had knee surgery two years ago. I just re-injured the same knee (much worse this time) and I beleive it is due to the inappriroate handling of my surgery and rehab from 2 years ago. Can I sue my doctor from 2 years ago?

Not without a medical expert prepared to testify that there was malpractice in that operation two years ago, and that you only discovered it within one year. Your opinion, and mine, are irrelevant. If you get such medical opinion, and if it shows substantial malpractice that caused substantial damage leading to this 're-injury', feel free to contact me.
