"THE LAWS"??

How about local, state, and federal statutes regulating the practice of medicine, doctor qualifications, business licenses, taxes, interstate commerce, etc. I wouldn't suggest you 'play doctor' without knowing what you are doing, Asking for free hints and tips here is NOT running a business sanely. If serious about doing so, hire corporate counsel to set up the business legally, so you don't end up in prison and broke from fines.
