Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California
malpractice MSC
At time of MSC, my attorney came out of chambers and threw in with other info that he had refused a ''bench'' trial, because ''we'' would do better with a jury. This was Friday. I had not been told that this would be an option. I've thought about it, and would prefer a bench trial. Is it too late to request this? There was a date arranged later this week for ''trial readiness''. Thank you

Its probably not too late, but be very careful, listen carefully to your attorney's reasonings.
