If you have a claim arising within the last year, and you have or can get another suitable doctor's opinion that there was actual medical negligence, then you may file suit. I'll be happy to discuss the facts to see if you have a viable case.

The same response and time limit applies if you are talking about legal malpractice, except you will need legal expert opinion which your attorney can help you arrange for.

You will need someone to review your case to determine if it is viable or not. If you not located near one of the attorney who have responded to you here, or if you are unsure how to acquire an attorney, ask you local County Bar Association for a referral to an attorney who handles medical malpractice actions.
