Medical Neglect
Can a law suit be brought against a doctor who neglects a patient? I am a patient at UCLA and since November have made 10 calls to my doctor with no response and have been ill for a very long time. I am making progress which may be lost because I am unable to get him to return my call so I can progress to the next step. I have taken some matters into my oen hands, by requesting my normal physician to perscribe pill that I took previously with other combinations to find the right mix to cure myself.

You might look for a different doctor to handle the situation if you are not satisfied with your care (or lack thereof).
