Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

i got my son circumsized... the cirsumsion was done wrong took him back and they told me i had to pull the fore skin off my self... changed dr and now he has to have corrective surgery at the age of one and go under be cause the dr failed to prefrom the procedure correctly... my son is now high risk and prone to infections and screams every time i change his diapper because i am constantly having to pull back as much as i can to clean it each time he needs changed to ensure he doesnt get an infection... i was just wondering if there is anything legaly i can do about this

Consult with a better doctor, and get the child fixed immediately. I find it hard to understand you being told to wait a year. Then consider making a malpractice claim for at least your current and past medical expenses. If there is any long term damage, like deformity, health issues, etc., then you need to talk to counsel about what claim to make. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me.
