Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

4 years ago I was injured at work and now I need surgery for that same injury. Could I get money from my previous employer?

You have posted to PI lawyers, which have nothing to do with WCAB. However, I believe that you can 'reopen' a claim for up to five years. Check with a WCAB attorney.
