Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

My 17 yr old daughter is driving another teenager home from school daily.

The car is under my husband's name.

Is there a formI can give the other child's parents to sign that I will not be liable for any accidents and they cannot sue if any accidents etc. Both us and our child will not be held liable ?

I want to make sure we are protected since we are doing them a favor by taking the child home from school.

Your car, your liability, for anyone driving it with your consent and injuring anyone.

A release is not effective as to liability that has not occurred yet.
