Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Hello. I had advised landlord that the floor in my kitchen was not good. Landlord never did anythig about it. Yesterday I fell thru it. Do I have any claim to personal injury? I work training horses, and my leg is so bruised and swollen I won't be able to work. The floor collapsed, my left leg sunk up to 8 inches above my knee.

Please advise. Thank you.

Yes, you absolutely do have a case. Timing is critical, however, and you don't have a moment to lose. Your medical care must be arranged properly and quickly; also, you must move aggressively against your landlord to keep him and his insurance carrier off-balance. These are services which I perform for my client, at no up-front cost to them. If I don't make you a money recovery first, then I won't charge you any fee. Please call toll-free at 877-LION-FOR-LAW

Notice is a very important issue. SInce the Landlord had notice of the dangerous condition and failed to correct it, you likely have a very good case. The issue is the nature and extent of your injuries. It is very important to have correct medical care and the advice of a good personal injury attorney to assist you. I don't know where you are located but we handle cases all over the state of California. For a free consultaion please feel free to call (949) 218-6600 or toll free at (877) 238-3086. My firm handles these types of cases all over California. We have offices in Southern California and Northern California.

Based on the information you have provided, it appears that you do have a personal injury case against your landlord and possibly even the management company if there is one. You need to make sure that you receive the proper medical care for your injuries and that you are represented properly by an attorney who has experience in such cases. I have handled numerous such cases and I strictly only represent plaintiff's in personal injury cases. I work on a contigency basis which means that I only get paid if there is a settlement. You can call me for a free consultation at (888) LAW-1177. My office provides quality service to all of our clients and we will aggresively fight for you rights. I will be more than happy to discuss your case with you in greater detail.
