You can still make a claim or sue but you would be limited to basic damages: medcial bills, wage loss and property damage. No Pain and suffering. Your kids could collect their full claim with everything. If you are in the Orange County area, call for a free consultation. Sam Eagle 714-963-5123.

Re: auto crash without insurance

Thank you for your inquiry.

Even without insurance, you are entitled to be compensated for some of your injuries. A law passed a few years ago, however, limits your compensation if you did not have insurance, so you may not be able to obtain such damages as pain and suffering without insurance.

An attorney can help you file a lawsuit or bring a claim against the other party's insurance company and take care of this for you.

I hope that this information helps, but if you have other questions, need more information, or feel that you need legal representation, please feel free to contact me directly at [email protected]. I am happy to help in any way that I can.

Re: auto crash without insurance

You can not sue for your pain and suffering. You can sue for your property damage and if your children were hurt they can sue for their pain and suffering.
