Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I have a bill from a dentist for a crown I never received. I did not receive the crown because I went to a dentist for a second opinion who advised me not to return and helped me file a grievance with my insurance for the bad jobs he did on my other teeth. The dentist insists I have to pay for this crown, even though the insurance made him pay me back for one of the crappy crown jobs he did in the past. What can I do?

Discuss with the dentist attempting to charge you. If that does not work, go to the California Dental Board and file a complaint.
