bit into glass shard at resturant

l was at a resturant and almost swallowed a dime sized shard of glass, it was in my drink. l coughed it up and gave it to the waitress. shortly after l realized l was bleeding from the back of my throat. l reported it and did not want medical attention. they said there main office would give me a call but hasnt its been two days....what kind of compensation am l entitles to?

Assuming they acknowledge the incident, you should be able to get your medicals and other out of pocket expenses paid, if you had any, plus something for your trauma.
