i got into a car accident with a new car i bought i haven't even registered it under my name so i have no insurance on it yet i will register it today and get the insurance today what can i do from here

No insurance means you pay for all the damages.

If you already had insurance, you may be covered. Most insurance companies have a grace period between when you buy a car and when you notify them to put the new car on your policy. It is rarely more than a day or two, however, and if you did not already have insurance it will not apply.
