Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I am a care giver working in someone’s home. I work 5 days a week. Can they tell me that if I fall or have an injury on there property can they legally tell me I have to sign a letter holding them harmless for any personal injury

or loss in their property? Is that legal?

"Can they roll you"?

Sure.

Do you have to agree or sign?

No.

you shouldn't do so. You are either an employee, contractor, 'invitee' or guest in their home. They should have homeowners insurance that includes coverage for people, like you or gardeners, repairmen, etc.. They would be liable for damages you suffer in an accident, either through normal 'PI' or through WCAB.
