Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Our company is planning on building a bike park for our personal use, but we are concerned about the liability if children access it after hours. How do we relieve ourselves of liability if we put a fence and sign up but they still sneak into our facility without our consent. We are located in California and I understand that attractive nuisance has been dismantled, but I can't find any specific provisions.

The best you can accomplish is adequate signing with warning, unless you can effectively prevent public access. You should 'sign' it even if blocked; employees can sue too. Proper safety maintenance is a must as well. If you want detailed help, feel free to contact me.
