Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

damaged by celebrex/vioxx

Ever since I took celebrex and vioxx in 2000, I get swelling of the tissues around my eyes usually upon awakening from sleep. Alchohol will swell my eyelids like a horror movie. It appears to be getting worse and worse even though I took celebrex for one month and vioxx for a few days only.

You aren't describing normal symptoms associated with those drugs, and you admit six years has passed. If you have a doctor willing to testify that they are caused by the drugs, and his testimony can bring you within the statute of limitations, then we can talk.
