How many days do I have to file an opposition to Motion to Strike?

Assuming this is a California case, see California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1005(b).

If you do not have an attorney, I strongly suggest you consult with one. There are a lot of pitfalls in litigation and representing yourself is really not a good idea especially when it comes to personal injury or tort litigation.
