Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
My exhusband knowingly and intentionally exposed me to herpes. My symptoms first appeared when I was pregnant with our first child. He told me he got herpes from a drunk man he met at a gay bar that he ended going home with.
He told me he would pay for my monthly medication. He did for about 3 months and then stopped.
Can I take him to court for knowingly exposing me to his virus? What can I do?

Can I take him to court ...?
Yes, if you can prove he did so.
It is a special circumstance cause of action recently created in the law.
If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, and if this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me.
