Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
My ex-manager has filed allegations against me that I have acted inappropriately towards other employees. I had filed a sexual harrasment case against him and he was fired. Now my HR dept. is conducting an investigation. Since these allegations are false, can I sue for slander/

Maybe. You need to consult an experienced labor and employment attorney in your locality -- you should already have done so. Nearly 100% of sexual harassment victims are subjected to some sort of retaliation. Watch out for legal time limits.
You are the only one claiming they are false. The burden of proof is on you to show they are false, and that this is retaliation. Your word doesn't count as proof. Mr. Stone's advice is proper, consult with experienced employee rights counsel in your area.
