Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I fell in the San Manuel casino. Less than three weeks I ended up In the hospital with an internal hematoma they said it was from falling. Do I have action with it being on a reservation?

Reservation or not, in order to have a valid legal claim you would have to be able to prove that the cause of the injury was not your own fault through your inattention or negligence, but a dangerous defective condition that was hidden or not readily apparent. If you can meet that burden of proof, then consult with a local PI attorney with your medical bills to get his opinion.
