Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I was with my friend's kids that she works as a nanny for. One threw a large dog rawhide bone and it accidentally hit me in my face and nose. I now have a broken nose and swelling but have not been to the doctor. Should I ask the childs parents to compensate ER/Medical costs- are they responsible?

You could very well have a valuable claim against the homeowner's insurance policy in this case, but to get the best recovery, you will need legal representation and guidance. Contact me directly to set up a no-obligation, in-depth consultation: [email protected].

Parents are legally responsible for the negligence of their minor children. You should see a physician to make sure that your nose heals properly.
