Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Had a head injury @7am when the police showed up i got taken into custody but no peramedics were called and i didnt go to er till 11 am

How were you injured? Did cops hit you? Did you fall? Did they knew you needed medical care and didn't get you to a doctor? Need more info.
