You can switch attorneys whenever you want, and it won't cost you anything beyond the percentage you already agreed to. That's the law. I would be glad to talk with you about your case. Feel free to all me at (877) LION-FOR-LAW (546-6367) or email me at [email protected]

An attorney can be discharged at any time. When you hire a new attorney he will get the file from the 1st attorney. They will work out how to divide the fee once the case is concluded. It depends on how much work the 2nd attorney does compared to the 1st attorney. The percentage you pay will remain the same and will be divided among the attorneys. Contact an experienced personal injury attorney. Our firm handles cases all over the State of California. Please visit our website at www.lawkuhn.com or call toll free at (877)238-3086.

You may discharge your attorney at any time for any reason. When you retain a new attorney, the new attorney will handle everything having to do with the former attorney which you discharged. Also, your attorneys fees are not increased just by the mere fact that you discharged your former attorney. Your new attorney will handle the division of the attorneys fees with the former attorney and pay the former attorney from their own share of the attorneys fees. This means that the percentage which you pay will remain the same and will be divided among the attorneys.
