You don't say how badly you were injured or how substantialy your property loss was, but I hope you were able to walk away from the accident.

The teen may have had his own insurance policy; you should find out and, if he did, contact the insurer and make a claim. You can also sue the teen's parents.

You can probable sue both racers, and if they are minors, their parents as well.

If they were insured, you will have a good chance recovering; if neither had insurance, you will probably be able to collect less than the case is worth [but still something] unless they have assets and wealth to seize with a judgment. You need legal help quickly. Contact me if interested.
