NO insurance of both parties
Truck was turning onto a 2 lane street on each side. car coming on main street did not see truck and vise versa so we collided truck hit the passenger door. neither autos had insurance who determines who is at fault and what responsibility does each driver have to the other? and are there any fines to pay for not having auto insurance. Car has no incurance and truck had a lapse of insurance of three day when accident occured.

Work it out yourselves, or one of you will end up suing the other. He who is at fault should pay. From now on, have insurance as the law requires.

To be blunt, I do not understand the facts as how you articulated them. I am not sure who hit who or who caused what. Probably if the accident was not your fault, but you have uninsured motorist insurance, you may be able to get something out of this case depending. If you were one of the parties who was not insured then you may want to refer to the answer from Terry Nelson, Esq.
