Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
I was involved in a auto accident which was the other person's fault. She did not have enought insurance to cover the damage to my car. Her insurance company offered the full amount that she did have, $5000.
I needed a car so I accepted it. Later I learned that they included towing, and storage in that $5000. Now I have those bills plus the value of my car which was $2700 more than I was paid. What can I do?

Nothing if you signed a release. Next time submit to your insurance company and if you didn't have collision coverage think about getting some.
Sorry couldn't be of more help.

If you did not sign a Release, you can sue the other driver for the balance of your losses.
