Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

i was making a right hand turn with no stop sign nor street lights. One lane each directional. So I was making a right then pretty much 3/4 making that turn I was hit from the passenger quarter panel. The car behind me hit me. There insurance is saying that it was my fault, was not close enough to the curb making that right hand turn. That I made a wide turn. Which is totally bs. I had my turn signal light, this happened at night. I totally didn't see this happening. This car must of been tailgating me. the other insurance is denying my claim, it's funny how they say I was at fault. It was totally there fault. I should win my claim?

You should submit it to your insurance company and let the two insurance companies fight it out.
