Can a mediation that misrepresented facts force plaintiff sign settlement agreement that is not agreed to terms and if pertinent medical records were excluded that significantly increased medical lien that was presented during mediation?

"FORCE you to sign"? No, he can't pull a gun on you.

But the arbitrator could possible issue a 'finding' against you 'on the merits', and you may or may not have the right to appeal, depending upon the terms of the arbitration contract,

Or alternatively could declare failure of arbitration and send the matter back to court to go to trial.

Sounds like you are doing this without counsel. It's time you consulted with an attorney for advice and guidance.
