Doesn't sound like you have a claim based on what you've said. What did the property owner do that was wrong or negligent?

The facts seem a little fuzzy, but from what I gather, you may have a case against your neighbor. So that I can determine this for sure, please contact me at 818.385.0520.
Re: motorcycle fall on neighbors property
You will prove that a dangerous defect existed on the driveway, or that your friend negligently maintained his property and made it dangerous. Otherwise, you will not likely win your case. You can email me at [email protected] if you want to discuss this matter further. It will probably argued that you caused your own accident by negligently operating your motorcycle. Joe Marman

Sure you do, but if it was your fault, why would they pay you? If you can somehow show a dangerous condition on the property that caused this, other than your carelessness in parking, then ok. You can make the claim on his homeowners, but you can anticipate them denying the claim without evidence of such dangerous condition. Pardon my bias, but it would help you to hire an attorney from the beginning. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.
