Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
Reluctant Insurance
Car accident involving driver and 3 passengers (rear-ended last july). Insurance won't cover chiropractic costs (which exceeds $5,000 for each), stating amount ''unreasonable'' and offering only $2,500 for each INCl. pain & suffering. don't know what to do...is it too trivial? should we settle or do we have a case? Small claims court or civil court or just get a personal injury lawyer? Even w/ a lawyer, what are chances of going to court?
--note, car damage was over $4,000 and blue book value of car was $5,000.
Thank you in advance
