Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

who is responsible when a pet is injured on animal hospital premises?

I took my dog for vaccinations at the vet and she fell off the table and broke her leg. I now have a $3000 vet bill. Are they liable? There were no doctors/vet techs in the room when it happened.

In a nutshell, your claim would hinge on whether or not negligence on the hospital's behalf can be shown. If you would like a free phone consultation, contact us directly today.

I guess it depends on how the dog got on the table, and who was supposed to supervise it.
