Re: my rights as a passenger

If it was the other driver's fault, his ins. co. would be liable to you but you have to prove your claim and provide documentation. You probably would need an atty. Also, if you own your own vehicle and have insurance on it, you may have coverage available to you even though your car was not involved. I have a lot of experience in motorcycle cases and if you are in So. Calif., call me for a free consultation before you do anything further.

Re: my rights as a passenger

Since the other driver is at fault, you can sue him/her even if you were the passenger on an uninsured rider's bike. For a case such as yours, it will be best to hire an attorney. As such, I will be glad to give you a free consultation. Please note that should I become your attorney, I may represent you on a contingency basis. This means that you do not have to front attorney's fees.

If you are injured because of the other driver's fault, your claim is against him for your damages. Your driver's lack of insurance should not be a problem for you. You should get an attorney to handle this, if you are not experienced in the legal system you will not likely get full value on your claims. Contact me if interested in doing so.

Re: my rights as a passenger

I am sorry to hear about your accident. I myself ride motorcycles and am aware more then most, the terrible consequences of motorcycle accidents. I deal with many of these types of accidents.

First off, the person who is at fault is responsible for your injuries.

If you were hit by an insured rider who was at fault than you will need to go after that rider for your damages.

Why don't you give me a call at 818-427-6246. I will give you a free consultation, and if I accept the case, we will take care of you.
