Yes. But depending on the Casino it may have to be in the Indian Courts. Also, slip and fall is tough. you have to prove that not only did a dangerous condition exist, but that the Casino had either actual notice or should have had actual notice and failed to take reasonable steps to fix the problem. Unless the injury is rather serious, it does not pay to pursue this except in small claims court in an appropriate forum.
