Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
Can you sue someone for giving you a potentially fatal sexually transmitted virus? It appears the individual was aware he had it, but did not reveal it and fled as soon as he found out he had given it to the other party. I also believe he has given it to others.

Yes, and those are serious cases with potentially high value, if you can prove your claim, and if the person has any substantial assets and income to collect against if you get a judgment. If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, and if this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me.
Yes you can. Our firm is currently representing others in a similar situation. Feel free to contact me as soon as possible.
