Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

What type of Attorney do I need?

I am being sued by a former co-

worker for Harassment and

intentional infliction of emotional

distress. I have contacted multiple

attorneys, but no one seems to

handle this type of defense, only the plaintiffs side. Please help.

I am surprised indeed to learn that none of the attorneys you contacted will handle a defense to this type of lawsuit. I would keep calling attorneys.

What part of California are you in? This type of case would require about a $10,000.00 retainer for me to start to defend you. I am in the Sacramento area. Joe Marman [email protected]

Re: What type of Attorney do I need?

I'd be happy to help you and to handle it. Your problem is that you have to pay for such defense, and it could get expensive. That may be why others have expressed no interest; if you said you had no money. Understanding that, feel free to contact me if serious about getting help. You may have defenses that can be raised. It all depends upon the facts and evidence.
