Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

We have an Articles of Incorporation for our mortgage company that states whom has been appointed as our President, VP, Secretary and etc. We would like to add a new individul and appointment him as our "Broker of Records". What is the proper procedure to do so? And which appointed individual(s) have authority to do so?
