Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Bought a house in Southern CA. Seller had 48 hours to leave after Close of Escrow. It has now been three days and they do not appear to be moving. What can/should we do now. We keep being told they will be out "any" time now.

It's called eviction. Hire an eviction service or attorney to do so if you don't know how to do it yourself.
