What is the California Law regarding Land Patents?

The "law" is made up of appellate case decisions contained in several hundred volumes of reported case opinions, plus any statute sections in real property, civil procedure, civil law, etc.
Whatever your particular issue, it will have to be researched in the case indexes and summaries by someone who knows how to do that. .

A patent is a grant of fee ownership to a private individual or corporation from a government entity. That's all the word patent means. There are all kinds of laws regarding land patents, and I cannot list it all here. It is better if you repost with a more specific question, or contact an attorney directly.
