What is California time share Law, regarding right of recession, or "coolign of" period?

There is no cooling off period as it is a normal sale of a product and not a door to door sale. You might be able to rescind if you were mislead, as many of the sales are, but it would be difficult to prove.

There is none. That only applies to 'door to door sales' like vacuums.
