Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
My child's teacher keeps all corrected homework after letting the kids see it in class. We want our child to be able to bring corrected homework home. Is there a legal ownership of corrected homework, student or teacher?

For goodness sakes, go ask the teacher to make a copy if you are that concerned with it. Why would you involve 'the law'?

You really think the legislature and the courts have the time and the interest to make laws about something like that? Really? You want to sue over it? How about establishing a relationship with your child's teacher and working it out, with the help of the school administration if it comes to that?
