Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Can a commercial property manager turn up at my place of business without notice or without making an appointment? I think with residential property they have to give me 24hrs notice but not sure with commercial property.
Also I asked to speak with my property managers superior only to be told it doesn't work like that. I can't believe it's legal for them to deny me access to a superior if I can't get a problem resolved.
Thanks

Read your lease. It defines all those issues, rules, rights and obligations.

The right of entry is governed by the lease. In the absence of any terms in the lease, I'd say that there is no right of entry absent consent of the tenant.
