Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I was contacted by a Timeshare Resale Company in San Francisco, CA about selling my Timeshare. They have sent me, what they call an "Exclusive Sales Contract" and I want to know how many days I have to cancel the contract after I sign the form. I have yet to sign the form and I am seeking answers before I totally commit to this company. I live in Virginia.

Who told you that you could 'cancel' after signing?? That's not the way life works. When you sign, you are bound to the terms of your agreement.
