Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
my dad past away 10 years ago,and left a house for me and my 8 brothers and sisters to split up equaly. ok the house was finaly sold after all this time, for 149.000.00dollars after the bills were paid there was 92.000.00dollars left to be divided. and the attorny wont give us the money. ps.please help us

Please revise and state what the attorney's reasons are for not disbursing the monies.
IF he has NOT given reasons or requests for something that has to be done, then maybe another attorney representing you can get this resolved.
