Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
My family filed Disclaimers of Inheritance for her now deceased parents' timeshare with the local Superior Court Probate Division in 2012. Her father, who outlived her mother, lived with us until he passed in early 2012. My wife was Executrix but we are now receiving mail from a title company in her parents' names that has the timeshare noted on the outside of the envelope. We have refused each piece when it arrives. Do we have any obligation and is refusing the mail the right thing to do?

It is never the right thing to refuse mail. Take it, respond to it in writing with whatever instructions or requests you want to make of them. Otherwise, no one knows what you want. Deal with the issues and problems, as ignoring the mail and the issues will only lead to further problems.
