can fileing a BK save a house from forecloser due to the bad loans back in 05 and haveing a fico of 780 were mislead.

A Chapter 7 bankruptcy will not stop foreclosure, but will only delay it for a little while. A Chapter 13 might save the house if your financial situation falls within certain criteria.
