I have foreclosed on my condo, can the HOA still come after me for unpaid fees?

You mean the lender forclosed on your condo. The HOA can come after you for unpaid fees incurred up to the foreclosure sale. After the foreclosure sale, the fees are the responsibility of whoever received title at the trustee's sale.

Clarification - Yes they can for all fees due up to the foreclosure date. That is the amount they can sue you for, and they have up to four years to do so.
