My mortgage loan is in default if not cured by 02-28-09 it goes in forecloser. My income is unemployment, I was laid off, how long can I live in the home after forecloser?

Until they evict you and the Sheriff moves your furniture to the sidewalk. How long is up to the lender's speed through the court system, but it could be months.
