Foreclosure in California
I have a Client that is on Title on 2
homes. One is Foreclosing. Can the
Lender go after the other home after
Foreclosure?

If they get a judgment [deficiency or otherwise] on the first, they can levy on the second, as well as any other property the borrower has.
